Cancellation Policy 

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.  

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy- Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment through the website with more than 24 hours’ notice. Please reschedule if you’re not feeling well. In cases of sudden illness or last-minute emergencies, special considerations may apply.

Late Arrivals 

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.  

Location

Centrally Located in Downtown Amherst!  South Prospect Street is a one-way street. You will see a large grey house on your left. Turn into the driveway immediately by the grey house. 

My office is in the white office building BEHIND the big grey house.

My office is wheelchair accessible.  

Parking 

There is a limited amount of parking space right outside the office—usually you will find a place, but it can vary from day to day— you are also allowed to park alongside the trees.  If lot is full,  take the next street on the left and go back to the center of Amherst.  There is meter parking on the common and on the roads around it.

Online - at time of booking. 

Some insurances are offering reimbursement for massage, if so, I will provide my MT License Number for you to submit!
